An established apparel company is seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Data Co-ordinator to manage the end-to-end process of creating, maintaining, and delivering product data across internal business systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data integrity and supporting operational efficiency. The successful candidate will possess strong organisational skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

*Please note this role is 5 days in the office

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full product data life cycle, from SKU creation to setup across systems.

Ensure accurate and timely uploading of product data, including SKUs, images, and pricing.

Maintain and update Excel-based buy plans, ensuring alignment with business operations.

Update and manage product information within SAP systems in line with seasonal collections.

Ensure digital selling tools (e.g., NuORDER) are current, functional, and accurate.

Develop and manage buy plan templates, maintaining consistent and complete data fields.

Work closely with the sourcing team to provide reports, including delivery summaries and exceptions.

Deliver timely sales data to support fast, informed decisions on delayed or high-demand products.

Track and record all design updates, ensuring alignment with buy plans and ERP data.

Liaise with design, product development, and sourcing teams to maintain data accuracy.

Regularly audit and clean data across all systems and tools to ensure consistency.

Support ad-hoc reporting and assist with continuous improvements in systems and processes.

Create and maintain supplier purchase orders to align with customer and operational needs.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data validation.

Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems in a merchandising or product data role.

Familiarity with digital selling tools, ideally NuORDER.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.

Prior experience in the fashion or apparel industry is preferred.
