Our broad portfolio of hearing related products and services generates annual revenues in excess of 2 billion EUR.Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will:Be responsible for ensuring all master data is maintained and managed with a clear focus on data qualityUpdate and maintain account information - working in Infor and any legacy systems to manage account dataData is maintained in line with company policies and that any changes or discrepancies are identified and updatedMitigate business risksManage onboarding process for new customer accounts to ensure data accuracy and key stakeholder communicationNew account set up of documents including Amber Road checks, ensuring CRM contacts are createdMaintain product data within eCommerce systems and preparing item data for product registrations and any future solutions to ensure all product information is available to customers to orderUpdate and maintain item data in line with new launches and any changes as required to ensure continued availability of all products to marketUpdate and maintain price books within Infor and legacy systems for all brands, including bespoke SLAs for customersTo maintain Master Data within Infor (ERP) and legacy systems, to include account, contact, pricing, item, pack in, add on and GT (Global Template) dataTo be a key point of contact for Key Accounts in relation to Pricing and Item setupTo work with the local marketing department to support product launches and any additional duties related to launch activitiesManage the Pack in item process for all brands, including IFU forecasts to ensure correct items available on orders shipped from EDCManage warranty information setup to ensure correct requirements are maintained within ERP systemMaintain set up for Global Template Documents to ensure correct output docs are available to customers based on requirements.
