We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Compliance Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and platforms. This role is essential to ensuring the integrity and accessibility of company information.This role offers the potential for progression within the team or wider organisation, depending on performance and business needs. While initially offered on a 12-month fixed-term basis, there may be scope for the position to become permanent.No agencies at this time please.

general responsibilities

  • Inputting data from various sources into company databases and systems
  • Verifying accuracy of data before entry and correcting errors as needed
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  • Performing regular data audits to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Assisting with data cleanup and migration projects
  • Generating reports and summaries as requested
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure data needs are met
  • Following company procedures and data entry standards

skills and qualities

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong typing skills (speed and accuracy)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data management systems
  • Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus
