Our client is a leading multinational consulting group advising clients of varying sizes and sectors. Within their professional services firm is a Forensic Services unit which provides rigorous analytics client services. This business unit is seeking to recruit an Advanced Data Analytics Assistant Manager to join their growing team. The role will be based in Manchester on a hybrid basis paying up to c£50,000 basic plus extras including annual bonuses, favourable pension, flexible choices / benefits and extras.

Responsibilities

Managing a portfolio of projects in areas such as fraud, financial investigations, regulation compliance and These matters increasingly consider large data sets, and your role will be to analyse and translate data into valuable insights Present and explain findings in a clear and concise manner to internal teams and clients. You'll also assist in developing models and techniques to investigate and identify patterns across structured and unstructured data sets.

Strong data analyst skills Proficient in using data analyst tools including Alteryx and the Power Platform Strong skills in Python and SQL knowledge Excellent academic background with potentially a professional qualification in accountancy or other related financial discipline (e.g. ACA or CFA).
