Be part of the evolution of our Business Analysis practice. Work with stakeholders across the firm, using traditional and innovative tools to enable positive transformation. Industry experience is welcomed but not required.
Your role involves ensuring solutions meet business and technical needs, transforming data into insights for strategic decisions, understanding business processes, eliciting requirements, and improving user experience and technical quality. You will also support the Head of Business Analysis in practice development and team leadership.
Ideal candidates are experienced in business analysis, relationship management, and creative problem solving.
Responsibilities include:
Collaborating with Programme and Project Managers to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes focused on user experience.
Managing diverse, inclusive teams and developing relationships across geographies and cultures.
Seeking personal growth and driving improvements within the team.
Handling large datasets, ensuring accuracy, developing data pipelines, and conducting statistical analyses.
Creating dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
Understanding business needs and translating them into data solutions.
Keeping up with latest data analysis tools and techniques.
Skills and experience:
Experience in business analysis, process transformation, or user experience improvement.
Proven data analysis experience, proficiency in SQL and Excel.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Leadership experience in mentoring or team development.
Ability to understand complex processes and communicate solutions clearly.
Teamwork, adaptability, and change management skills.
Desirable: Lean Six Sigma, design thinking, BPMN, Excel, Power BI skills.
