Pay:£41,500 per annum, pro-rated (£20,750 for 6 months)

Contract:Temporary, 6-month fixed-term contract

Working Hours:09:00-17:30, Monday to Friday

Location:Victoria St, London, SW1E 5JL (hybrid working model, 3 days in office per week)

The Opportunity at a glance

Foundever is looking for a motivated and experiencedData Analyst contractorto join ourCustomer Successteam on a 6-month contract basis. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in shaping data-driven strategies by developing and maintaining executive dashboards that provide valuable insights into revenue-generating and retention activities.

You will be working on behalf of our client, a global fintech leader renowned for driving prosperity through innovative financial solutions, trusted by millions of customers worldwide.

This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, influence key business decisions, and contribute to the growth of a global, innovative company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build intuitive dashboardsto track retention and revenue activities.
  • Develop and maintain scalable ETL processesto support data integration.
  • Use SQL and Pythonfor querying, data manipulation, and automation.
  • Support experimentation effortsby analyzing and reporting A/B test results.
  • Provide historical datato establish baselines and set experiment targets.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teamsto refine reporting capabilities.
  • Present findings and actionable insightsto stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Implement best practices in data governanceand quality control.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issuesto ensure accuracy and consistency.

Your Profile & Experience

  • Proficiency in SQLand experience building dashboards inTableau, QlikSense, or similar tools.
  • Experience with ETL processesandA/B testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with call center dataand key industry metrics.
  • Understanding of web dataand digital support tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skillsand the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skillsfor translating complex analyses into clear insights.
  • Effective time managementto meet project deadlines.
