A fast-paced and growing organisation within the retail insurance sector is seeking a talented Pricing Analyst to join its Risk Pricing team. The business is known for its innovative approach to underwriting and data-driven decision-making. Your new role

As a TEMP Pricing Analyst, you'll be responsible for supporting the delivery of risk pricing objectives through advanced analytics, model development, and stakeholder collaboration. You'll work with large datasets, apply statistical techniques, and contribute to the development and monitoring of pricing models that influence business decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

Analysing data to support pricing decisions and evaluate risk exposure
Developing and maintaining pricing models using tools
Conducting statistical investigations to support rate actions and impact assessments
Evaluating risk metrics and identifying trends in customer behaviour
Collaborating with underwriting, actuarial, and pricing teams to align strategies
Documenting pricing processes and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards
Supporting junior analysts and contributing to team-wide projectsThis role is offered on a temporary-to-permanent basis, with the potential to transition into a permanent position depending on performance and business needs.

What you'll need to succeed

Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance or financial services
Familiarity with programming languages (Python, SQL, SAS)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate technical insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Team-oriented mindset and ability to manage workload in a dynamic environment
