Key Responsibilities as Data Analyst Team Manager:

  • Manage the day to day operations of the team, allocating projects, setting priorities, and establishing deadlines to ensure all tasks are completed on time, both internally and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the delivery of services, ensuring quality checks, audits and requests are met within the required timelines.
  • Manage a select group of clients, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and consistently, while continuously driving improvements.
  • Ensure that all customer related tasks are completed promptly, providing regular updates to clients and maintaining accurate workflow records.
  • Mentor team members, offering guidance on decision making, compliance and customer service to foster skill development and encourage collaboration.
  • Oversee the team’s inbox, ensuring all communications are promptly actioned in line with customer service policies and internal procedures.

 
What you require to be successful:

  • Confident in line management, providing coaching and mentoring to foster skill development and collaboration within the team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to use complex formulae to manage and analyse data.
  • Strong eye for detail, with the ability to analyse data effectively and provide accurate guidance to the team and customers.
  • Highly organised with the ability to allocate tasks effectively, manage deadlines, and oversee multiple priorities to ensure smooth team operations.
  • Strong at identifying risks and resolving issues, ensuring the team consistently meets internal and external requirements.
  • Strong customer service mindset, ensuring high quality delivery of services and proactively keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Experience in client focused environments or knowledge of regulatory/compliance related industries is a plus.
