Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver insightful, creative, and innovative data analysis to support marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with campaign managers to enable data-informed decisions in real time
  • Present findings clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Support the Head of Product with the ongoing development and improvement of in-house tools
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in campaign effectiveness through smart data usage
  • Maintain a positive and proactive approach to all tasks, with a strong desire to succeed

    Key Skills & Experience:

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and VBA
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and Google Data Studio
  • Comfortable using MySQL and understanding relational databases
  • Familiarity with tools like VWO and Hotjar for behavioural data tracking
  • Understanding of CRM platforms and Google AdWords
  • Experience in building and maintaining SSRS reports
  • Previous experience in a marketing or agency environment is advantageous
