Role OverviewKey Responsibilities

System Administration:
Oversee the workforce management system to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Monitor system usage and resolve discrepancies.

Cost & Efficiency Analysis:
Analyse staffing patterns, overtime, and labour costs to identify savings and improve resource allocation. 

Attendance & Holiday Management:
Report on attendance patterns, holiday accruals, and entitlements to minimise overbooking and overpayments. 

Payroll & Invoicing Alignment:
Track payroll versus invoicing data to improve cost control and resolve pay versus charge discrepancies. 

Reporting & Insights:
Create dashboards and reports using SQL, Power BI, and Excel to provide actionable insights on hours, site coverage, and operational performance.

Compliance & Operational Standards:
Ensure adherence to company rules and standards, making recommendations for process improvements.

We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Data Analyst and System Administrator to join our dynamic team. If you have a background in Data Analyst & System Administrator with strong skills in SQL, Power BI, and Excel. This role offers an excellent opportunity to further your career.

This role involves managing and optimising our workforce management system, leveraging data-driven insights and system administration to achieve cost savings, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure compliance in workforce processes.

Essential SkillsKey Skills & Experience Required

Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI (DAX), and Excel for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
Experience in using and administering workforce management systems. 

Analytical Skills:
Ability to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities through data analysis.
Strong problem-solving skills to address operational and strategic challenges. 

Organisational Skills:
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. 

Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication to present insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and departments
