Location: This is a remote-first role, but if you're based in the South East and prefer a hybrid setup, we’re happy to accommodate.

We're on the hunt for a Data Analyst to join our forward-thinking Supply Chain team — someone who thrives at the intersection of insight and innovation. This isn’t just a reporting role. You’ll be a key driver of transformation, using data and automation to redesign how we work and make decisions.

🔧 What You’ll Do

This role blends technical problem-solving with strategic impact, offering you the chance to:

Automate & Optimise
Design and deploy end-to-end process improvements using Power Automate, SQL, and RPA tools to eliminate inefficiencies.Deliver High-Impact Projects
Own and execute data-driven projects aligned to key operational and strategic objectives within the supply chain.Drive Advanced Analytics
Help embed modern analytics capabilities including agentic AI, machine learning, and predictive modelling.Map & Document Workflows
Use tools like Visio to document complex data processes and ensure alignment with business goals.Champion Data Governance
Build scalable, accurate, and compliant data models in line with enterprise-wide standards.Collaborate Cross-Functionally
Work closely with Engineering, Operations, and Senior Leadership to influence outcomes and solve problems.Own Agile Workflow Management
Use tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps to manage incoming requests, ensuring clear priorities and on-time delivery.


✅ What You’ll Bring

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

Solid experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence Advanced SQL and Power BI capabilities Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric) Track record of delivering process automation or improvement projects Working knowledge of agentic AI or generative AI Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change Proficient in Visio or equivalent documentation tools Familiar with JIRA and Azure DevOps


Nice-to-Haves:

Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt preferred) Experience with Azure-based data environments Programming skills in Python or R
