Job Description

We are collaborating with this organization to identify a talented Data Analyst who is crucial in converting data into strategic insights working within the Supply Chain function. The successful applicant will engage with complex datasets, facilitate informed decision-making, and participate in initiatives that aim to improve operational efficiency and boost customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dive into large datasets to uncover trends and patterns that guide business strategy.

  • Create and maintain dashboards to represent key performance indicators across various departments.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to grasp their data-related needs and deliver analytical solutions.

  • Generate detailed reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.

  • Assist in implementing data-driven strategies that refine operational and transactional processes.

    Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in a retail or grocery context.

  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) along with visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

  • Exceptional analytical abilities coupled with a meticulous attention to detail.

  • Capable of translating complex data insights into clear messages for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to both independent and team-based tasks.
