Data Analyst | Power BI | Hybrid (UK)

Join Reward, where data drives everything — from how people shop to how global brands grow.

At Reward, we partner with giants like Visa and Experian, operating at the centre of fintech, loyalty, and customer insight. We're now looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing Data & Insights team — someone who thrives on structure, enjoys working behind the scenes, and takes real pride in delivering clean, accurate data that drives real-world impact.

Whether it's preparing insights on food delivery trends or measuring the performance of customer loyalty programmes, the insights you produce will shape commercial decisions for Reward and our clients.

This is a data visualisation product delivery role, focused on administering, supporting, and delivering industry-leading visual insights using your mastery in Power BI.

What you’ll do

  • Prototype new insight products, showing off your best data visualisation skills
  • Develop new visualisation solutions using Power BI — including data modelling and dashboard design
  • Manage Power BI user access structures and permissions
  • Use SQL to query and manage large-scale transactional and purchase datasets
  • Ensure precision and consistency in all outputs — attention to detail is everything
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Client teams to ensure on-spec delivery

This role is perfect for someone who:

  • Loves data, structure, and clear project goals
  • Prefers steady, consistent work over fast-paced change
  • Wants to be part of a supportive, collaborative team — with no pressure for client-facing tasks
  • May be returning to work or looking for long-term role stability
  • Takes real pride in accuracy and getting things right down to the last detail

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience using Power BI (visualisation, data models, administration)
  • Expert-level SQL skills — confident querying, joining, structuring, and validating large datasets
  • Experience working with transactional, payment, or loyalty data
  • Ability to work with ambiguous briefs, using your knowledge to shape effective insight delivery
  • Strong written communication skills — especially in responding to client queries via email
  • Commercial curiosity — understanding how data translates into business value
  • A degree in STEM, Data Science, Operational Research, or a related field

Nice to have

  • Power BI advanced features or Excel (charts, pivots, modelling)
  • Familiarity with AWS tools: Athena, S3, Glue, Lambda

The Benefits

We take care of our people with a benefits package that’s designed for long-term balance, wellbeing, and opportunity:

  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
  • 3 extra company holidays over Christmas
  • Buy/sell holiday options + tenure-based holiday banking
  • Flexible working – hybrid model (3 days in-office) or fully remote (UK-based)
  • 6% matched pension via Hargreaves Lansdown
  • Private Bupa healthcare, dental & optical cover
  • Critical illness, income protection, and life cover
  • Yulife wellbeing app + discounts
  • Salary sacrifice schemes (cycle to work, EV lease, season tickets)
  • Employee share scheme
  • Company events, volunteering, socials, and an active social committee
  • Perks at Work cashback/discount platform
  • Employee referral scheme

Ready to be part of something impactful?

If you're detail-driven, quietly brilliant with data, and love the idea of delivering insight behind the scenes — we’d love to hear from you. Apply now.
