Location: West Sussex (with Hybrid working)
Salary: Competitive + Bonus
Type: Full-time, Fixed-term 12-months

We're seeking a talented and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join on a maternity cover contract. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering impactful BI, data, and reporting solutions, helping the business make evidence-based decisions that drive growth and efficiency.

Day In The Life:
As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering BI, data, and reporting solutions to provide accessible, high-quality insights.
  • Designing and implementing business system and process improvements.
  • Acting as the database administrator for MS SQL Server-based systems, ensuring data consistency and security.
  • Creating clear and compelling data visualisations using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to translate data into meaningful business insights.

    What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role with strong SQL skills.
  • Proficiency in data visualisation tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau) and Excel (including advanced formulas).
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
