Data Analyst (Commercial)Salary: 30,000 - 45,000 GBP per year

At Pharmacy2U Ltd we are looking for a Data Analyst!


Our tech stack:
BigQuery, SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics

Requirements:

  1. Expertise in Google Analytics, BigQuery & SQL
  2. Advanced knowledge of visualization tools, Tableau or PowerBI
  3. Experience working in a pressured environment, delivering against tight deadlines
  4. Experience adhering to company and ethical rules and regulations
  5. Experience working in a highly accurate environment
  6. Experience within the healthcare sector would be advantageous
  7. Ability to prioritize and organize tasks and workload
  8. Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Your responsibilities are:

  1. Analyze eCommerce and commercial data to derive actionable insights that support business growth and enhance customer engagement
  2. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs), site metrics, and sales performance across all verticals
  3. Oversee the analysis of high-level site performance metrics, such as overall traffic trends, conversion rates, and customer engagement
  4. Provide strategic insights into key user behaviors and site interactions to inform leadership on overall website performance and identify areas for improvement
  5. Identify opportunities for enhancing customer experiences and driving repeat purchases through personalized marketing and targeted promotions
  6. Collaborate with marketing & commercial teams to align data analysis efforts with commercial strategies and marketing campaigns
  7. Provide data-driven recommendations to support product launches, pricing strategies, and promotional activities across the various business verticals
  8. Work with data engineering teams to optimize data collection, storage, and retrieval processes to support efficient analysis
  9. Stay updated on the latest trends in data analytics, eCommerce, and the pharmacy industry to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation

Location:Park Approach, Leeds, United Kingdom

As a Data Analyst (Commercial) based in Leeds, you will play a key role in our Data team, reporting to the Lead Data Analyst for eCommerce. After training, this position will offer hybrid working arrangements.
