About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to help drive business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, data visualization expertise, and proficiency with data tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
  • Utilize statistical methods to analyze data sets and generate predictive models.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with relevant policies.
  • Automate data processing and reporting tasks for efficiency.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience working with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or R).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.
  • Experience in a business or financial analysis environment.
