Applications are invited for an experienced assistant psychologist to work with the Ealing Mental Health Integrated Network Teams (MINT) in West London.

This role focuses on data analysis, continuous improvement, and supporting care delivery for clients awaiting therapeutic intervention. It requires postgraduate competencies in research, audit, or improvement, with a clinical to analytical work ratio of approximately 70:30.

The position involves protocol-based risk assessments, patient-centered interviews, and delivering low-intensity psychological treatments such as guided self-help and psychoeducational groups. The role includes monitoring client progress, adhering to activity contracts, and promoting accessible treatment.
