A Typical Day in the Job: This role will involve elements of customer service where the apprentice will need to speak to clients to retrieve information in order to analyse the information Analyse reports from the Government and Ofgem, gaining insights into the energy sector's regulatory environment. Move across different teams including operations and finance and control team to understand different elements of data, calls get tagged which feed into different data reports Provide data to team leaders of the back of customer service queries whether this be on the phone or from live chats Compile and manage data from various internal CRM systems to ensure accurate reporting. Format data in Excel to make it easily accessible and understandable for end-users. Build comprehensive reports in Excel, creating dashboards, charts, and graphs that visually represent key data points. Move across different teams including operations and finance and control team to understand different elements of data Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and the Baltic Apprenticeships team . ? Salary, Hours & Benefits: £16,000 per annum Monday Friday, 09:00 17:00 28 days of holiday Free onsite parking Good public transport links Free lunch days to foster team spirit Casual dress code for a comfortable work environment Progression opportunities upon successful completion of the apprenticeship program Desired Qualities, Skills, and Knowledge: A passion for data and a strong interest in the energy sector.
