The Marketing Campaign Manager will play a critical role in driving and executing our growth campaigns across a mix of channels for our target markets in Business Payments, Travel, Merchant Payments, Lending and Wage Advance.

Our payment network connectivity includes CHAPS, Open Banking, SEPA and SWIFT. We are principal issuing members of Visa and Mastercard across the UK and Europe.
Our regulatory permissions and governance structure underpin our business. We are regulated as an Electronic Money Institution (EMI) in the UK by the Financial Conduct Authority and in the Netherlands by De Nederlandsche Bank.
Modulr now has over 400 employees globally across offices in London, Edinburgh, Amsterdam and Mumbai.

The Role
The Senior Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in educating business functions on data literacy, enabling teams to leverage data effectively to inform business decisions, enhance efficiency, and drive success, ultimately contributing to the company's strategic goals. This involves actively engaging with stakeholders on how data can best represent insights clearly and accurately.
Key responsibilities
Actively engage with key stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to define clear data requirements, using your expertise to negotiate and agree upon practical solutions.
Act as a critical liaison between stakeholders and the Data Engineering team to communicate requirements, especially when new data sources or adjustments to existing ones are necessary.
Create and maintain engaging, interactive visualisations that clearly communicate complex data, empowering stakeholders to make informed decisions.
Identify and highlight trends and growth opportunities through detailed analysis of diverse datasets, providing actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and business growth.
Develop best-practice reporting standards through advanced data mining, analysis, and visualisation techniques.
Work closely with functional subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop and standardise clear data definitions relevant to their business areas.
Support digital transformation initiatives by driving adoption and utilisation of our data platforms across the organisation and implementing process automation.
Ensure governance, performance optimisation, and efficient management of data flows and models.
Conduct ad hoc analysis to support specific business projects and initiatives.
About you
Extensive experience analysing large, complex datasets.
Exceptional skills in simplifying complex processes and communicating insights clearly.
Strong SQL experience.
Experience in dimensional data modelling, including: Capturing and reviewing business requirements, developing and reviewing conceptual and logical data models, troubleshooting and resolving model-related issues.
Demonstrable expertise in analytics modelling: Predictive analytics, trend and correlation analysis, forecasting, outlier detection and exception reporting.
Proven experience partnering effectively with senior business leaders.
Proficient in data visualisation tools such as Power BI but experience of other tools welcome.
Prior experience in a fast-paced environment, with exposure to financial services or technology industries being desirable.
It’s a bonus if you also have experience in Python, DAX, Snowflake, Streamlit and GIT.
