Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Data Analyst to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within an organization that values growth, teamwork, and professional development.

Who You Are:

Data analysts collect insights from data to help businesses make decisions with regards to Customer Knowledge and Operational Efficiency. The data analyst provides efficient data modeling tools and advanced statistical models.

What You’ll Do:

  • Data modeling: The data analyst supports the business analyst team and help them to structure the data sets with SQL
  • Data analysis: The central function of a data analysis is to interpret data to find trends or patterns. Through this interpretation process, data analysts can produce actionable insights to help organizations achieve their goals. He also supports business analyst with advanced statistical models.
  • Data visualization: The data analyst turns their insights into visualizations that make abstract findings real for stakeholders.
  • KPIs definition and implementation: The data analyst defines the performance KPIs with respect to the process, organization structures and internal customers’ needs
  • Data governance support: The business analyst tracks KPIs errors, identify the source and manage the resolution of the problem.
  • Transversal interaction: Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and collaborate with other teams (data engineers, data scientists) to identify data sources, build data models and dashboards to provide insights into business operations

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience working with Tableau or Power BI
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English
  • Experience with SQL required
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modelling
  • Experience of using Salesforce CRM system an advantage
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and analytical skills
