Data Analyst – Andover/Hybrid – c£40,000


Are you a pragmatic, delivery focused Data Analyst, with expertise in Power BI? Do you take pride in delivery high quality, data rich reports? We are partnered with an industry leading organisation, who are growing their Data function.


In this role you will focus on supporting the operational side of the business. You will identify inefficiencies, improve business processes and enable better decision making through insightful data reporting. You will work closely with both the Ops and Finance teams, to automate key processes, improve data accuracy and support the financial planning and performance management.


You will be skilled in Power BI, or another visualisation tool like Tableau or Looker Studio. You will also have a good knowledge and understanding in querying SQL databases. You will be working with people who prioritise accuracy and efficiency, so having a delivery first mindset would be great for this role.


KEY RESONSIBILITIES

  • Create and maintain performance dashboards and operational reports using Power BI.
  • Analyse operational data to identify process inefficiencies, service delays, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Finance to automate regular reporting processes, including cost analysis and budgeting tools.
  • Develop data models and KPIs that reflect operational efficiency, service quality, and cost control.
  • Query relational databases to extract and transform operational and financial data for analysis.
  • Support data-led decision-making across Operations and Finance teams through detailed, actionable insights.

This is a hybrid role with a requirement to be onsite 2 to 3 days a week.
