Systems Administrator & Data Analyst

Contract:Full-time,fixed-term until 31 March 2026(potential extension or permanent role)

Location:Flexible (with occasional travel as required)

Salary:c.$40k - £45k per annum

Our client is aleading UK-based membership organisation at the forefront of policy, education, and sector development, driving innovation and supporting professionals across a rapidly evolving industry. As part of their digital transformation journey, they are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator & Data Analyst to ensure their platforms and data are powering smarter decisions, improved services, and organisational growth.

What you’ll be doing

  • Administering & maintaining core business systems– including Dynamics 365 CRM, finance systems, and website integrations
  • Ensuring data integrity– implementing best practices for data hygiene, audits, and reporting
  • Designing dashboards & reports– using Power BI, Advanced Find, and Excel to deliver actionable insights
  • Training & supporting colleagues– empowering teams to make the most of their digital tools
  • Collaborating on digital projects– contributing to the digital roadmap and supporting system improvements

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in asimilar systems/data role
  • Advanced skills inDynamics 365 CRM administration(especiallyAdvanced Find)
  • Strongdata management & reportingexpertise (Excel, Power BI, data warehouses)
  • Experience intesting(UAT/integration) and using tools like DevOps or Jira
  • Excellent communication skills, with a track record oftraining and supporting users
  • Akeen eye for detailand a problem-solving mindset
  • Experience in amembership body, association, or subscription business
  • Microsoft certificationsin Dynamics 365 or Power BI
  • Familiarity withGDPRandISO 9001 environments
  • Knowledge ofSQL, Power Automate, or ITIL
