As a Data Analyst at Compass Group, you will be responsible for gathering, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to provide insights and recommendations that drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions. We are looking for an individual with a passion for data, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with teams to identify business needs and define data requirements

- Gather and organize large sets of data from various sources

- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights

- Develop predictive models and forecasting tools to support strategic decision-making

- Create reports and dashboards to visualize and communicate key findings

- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions

- Manage and maintain databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

- 2-3 years of experience in a data analysis role

- Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Knowledge of statistical methods and modeling techniques

- Excellent communication skills, ability to present complex ideas in a simple manner

- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- Strong attention to detail
