We’re hiring an experienced Data Analyst to join a growing business. In this role, you’ll work with senior leadership to turn data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and boost business performance.

The Role:

Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyse, and interpret business data to identify trends, optimise performance, and support growth.

KPI Tracking & Insights: Develop dashboards and reporting solutions that inform key decision-makers with clear, concise insights.

Business Impact: Use data to enhance customer insights, marketing performance, and operational efficiency.

Compliance & Governance: Ensure data integrity and GDPR compliance while maintaining best practices in data governance.

What You’ll Need:

3+ years of data analysis experience with a proven ability to generate meaningful insights.

Proficiency with data analysis tools and resources.

Strong communication skills to present complex data to non-technical audiences.

Experience with A/B testing, predictive analytics, or machine learning is a bonus.

Knowledge of GDPR and data governance best practices.
