Who we are

We’re part of Super Group, the NYSE-listed digital gaming company behind some of the world’s leading Sports and iGaming brands.

At 15 Marketing, our vision is to deliver a thrilling and engaging gaming experience through best-in-class products, wherever we operate. Our mission is to create an online casino experience that excites every player - driven by intelligence, personalisation, and a team that takes pride in what we build.

We bring this to life every day through the behaviours we live by:

  • Challenges are part of our journey, and we embrace them with curiosity, persistence, and a commitment to learning and growth. We may not have all the answers upfront, but we’re dedicated to improving with every experience
  • We communicate early, clearly, and often. Whether it’s a project update, an idea, or a concern—nothing gets left unsaid. Open, transparent conversations build trust and fuel high performance because when communication flows, everything runs smoother.
  • We challenge ideas, not people. We tackle tough topics, welcome honest feedback, and speak our truth, even when it’s uncomfortable, because innovation thrives when everyone feels empowered to contribute.
  • We’re building something meaningful, and we believe that’s worth enjoying. We take our work seriously, but not ourselves. We celebrate wins, support each other through challenges, and create a space where everyone can grow and thrive together.
  • We never settle for “good enough.” From the quality of our campaigns to the clarity of our thinking and how we support customers and colleagues, we always strive for excellence.

Trust is the foundation of everything we do. That means being honest, owning our actions, delivering on our promises, and standing by each other - even when it’s tough.

Who we're looking for

At 15M, we thrive on data-driven decisions, bold innovation, and building systems that give us a competitive edge. We're looking for a hands-on, analytical, and insight-driven Data Analyst who’s ready to dig deep into the numbers and turn complex data into meaningful actions that move the business forward.

In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative, high-impact team working at the intersection of data, technology, and player experience. From uncovering trends in player behaviour to optimising product performance and powering real-time decisions, your work will directly influence strategy and outcomes in the fast-paced i-gaming space.

We’re on a mission to create extraordinary experiences for our customers, and your curiosity, precision, and data-first mindset will be essential in keeping us ahead of the game.

What you'll be doing

As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Data Collection & Processing: Clean, and process data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Resolve data quality issues and support data migration, integration, and platform improvements.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyse large datasets to uncover trends and actionable insights.
  • Investigate anomalies and support behavioural analytics.
  • Respond to ad-hoc data requests with speed and precision.
  • Write advanced SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
  • Build and maintain scalable data models for analytics and reporting.
  • Develop and enhance dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Enable self-service analytics and support regular reporting needs, including compliance and invoicing.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with teams to understand data needs and provide insights.
  • Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Document workflows, data sources, and business logic.
  • Support training, promote data literacy, and share best practices across the business.

This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities. You may be required to complete other reasonable duties in order to achieve business objectives.

Essential skills
  • Industry knowledge: Familiarity with the iGaming industry, if not experience working in a fast paced environment.
What you'll get back

At 15 Marketing, we’re committed to creating a vibrant and engaging workplace where people love to come to work. Our brand-new Camden office features an open-plan design, the latest IT equipment, and an onsite gym with a dedicated yoga studio—everything you need to stay connected, productive, and balanced throughout the day. Most importantly, we foster a culture of transparency, high performance, and strong collaboration, empowering our team with a clear sense of purpose and ownership while supporting each person’s career growth and development.
