Role Purpose: The main purpose of the role is for data cleansing and data reporting to match our client requirement needs. Provide contract administration support for the Asset Management team. Facilitate the weekly reports and invoicing administration to maintain and exceed contract KPI’s. Support Bid process


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide Technical administration support to the Asset compliance team to deliver project outputs to time, quality and cost as directed by the Senior Integrity Consultant, Head of Assets Management and the European Project Integrity Consultants.


  • Cleansing of collectible Asset data in the Bureau Veritas Asset Calc Tool.
  • Work with the Asset Integrity Engineers to make sure data is uniformed and consistent across the full contract.
  • Maintain the Quality reports and transfer of data to various clients’ systems
  • Standardising and professionalise project workflows and build templates. Documentation management within the various live projects
  • Manage the weekly invoicing process
  • Focal point to support project planning with Integrity consultants
  • Liaise with the specified client(s) on an on-going basis to ensure service issues are escalated to the relevant senior person
  • Liaise with BV & nonexclusive staff
  • Support the maintenance of Competency and Security Clearance Records
  • Support the issuing of quotations and the receipt of client task orders
  • Monitor and validation of monthly invoicing and resolution of invoice queries.
  • Support the day-to-day inspection activities including but not limited to Travel support, Inspection Resource provision & resolving queries
  • Ownership and accountability of all duties carried out


Deliverables:

  • Manage and cleanse Live asset data
  • Support production of KPI’s
  • Maintain key contract files
  • Maintain close liaison with the specified client(s) to ensure delivery to expectation
  • Regularly provide progress updates against key targets, timescales & queries
  • Preparation of monthly accruals for work undertaken but not yet invoiced

Qualifications Required:

  • Appropriate FM or Asset Management qualifications and experience required for this position.
  • Must have knowledge of HVAC-SFG20 or proven trade.
  • Must be an expert in data transfer or have a very good working knowledge of Excel
