The Role

As a Data Analyst at AJR Management, you'll play a pivotal role in collecting, verifying, and interpreting carbon-related data. This is a hands-on analytical position, ideal for someone who enjoys diving deep into datasets and contributing to business improvements through automation and process optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and manage data in internal systems
  • Review data sets to identify outliers and inconsistencies
  • Assist in calculating averages and supporting statistical analysis
  • Work to strict deadlines with strong time-management skills
  • Collaborate with suppliers to import/export data
  • Provide general data support to Operations Managers
  • Assist in streamlining business processes and automating tasks

You are passionate about data, detail-orientated, and committed to delivering high-quality results. You enjoy working independently but also thrive in a collaborative environment where your analytical insights make a real difference. About you:

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (essential)
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • A minimum of Grade A in GCSE Mathematics
  • Previous experience in data entry and analysis
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • A background in maths, analytics, or related fields (desirable)
  • Experience with Excel VBA (desirable)
