Junior Analyst - Leading European Hotel Brand - £32,000 - £35,000

The Company

A leading European hotel brand is seeking a highly analytical and motivated Junior Analyst to join its growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic organization that owns a portfolio of luxury hotels, resorts, and leisure facilities. The Junior Analyst will play a key role in supporting decision-making, driving profitable growth, and improving performance across key areas such as Hotels & Resorts, Spa and Leisure, Golf, Food & Beverage, and Events.

-The brand boasts 28 four- and five-star hotels across key locations in the UK & Spain, blending modern luxury with traditional charm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights.
  • Use statistical methods and mathematical models to assess and forecast key performance metrics related to sales, marketing, and revenue generation.
  • Build advanced Excel models for reporting, data analysis, and visualization.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards using tools like Power BI or Looker to monitor KPIs and track performance trends.
  • Leverage Google Analytics 4 to analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
  • Transform digital data into recommendations to improve online engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Management teams to provide data-driven insights
  • Develop strategies to optimize marketing efforts, increase sales, and enhance revenue streams.

Required Skills

  • Advanced Excel, SQL, and statistical analysis expertise.
  • Experience with dashboarding tools and Google Analytics 4.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • 1+ years experience across data & analytics
