About the Role:

Data is central to our strategy, and this role is crucial for delivering insights that simplify complex business processes, ultimately benefiting our customers. You will utilize top-tier analytics tools and work with diverse data sources to translate analysis into actionable business recommendations, applying advanced statistical techniques to measure the impact of strategic initiatives.
You will be a key member of the Analytics team, collaborating with Marketing, IT, Digital, Product, Commercial, and Finance teams.
This position is ideal for a Junior Analyst eager to develop their skills within a rapidly growing tech company.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Deliver critical analysis and insights as part of a small, skilled team
- Code and analyze data to solve business problems and identify opportunities
- Develop analytical solutions to generate business value
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, confidently sharing your ideas
- Implement testing and measurement methodologies to support iterative development
- Present analysis clearly and visually to drive engagement and understanding
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and techniques to apply to business challenges
- Share knowledge and promote a data-driven culture through training and documentation
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in SQL and Python
- Experience analyzing large, complex datasets, preferably cloud-based
- Knowledge of statistical and data science techniques (e.g., forecasting, regression, clustering)
- Experience with Data Visualization tools (Tableau preferred, Power BI, Looker)
- Degree in a numerate subject (Math, Statistics, Economics, etc.)
- 1–2 years’ experience in a data analyst or similar role in a fast-paced environment

- Self-motivated learner and team player, experienced in cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in Digital, B2B, Retail, or Customer Data is a plus
