About the Role:

Data is central to our strategy, and this role is crucial for delivering insights that simplify complex business processes, ultimately benefiting our customers. You will utilize top-tier analytics tools and work with diverse data sources to translate analysis into actionable business recommendations, applying advanced statistical techniques to measure the impact of strategic initiatives.

You will be a key member of the Analytics team, collaborating with Marketing, IT, Digital, Product, Commercial, and Finance teams.

This position is ideal for a Junior Analyst eager to develop their skills within a rapidly growing tech company.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Deliver critical analysis and insights as part of a small, skilled team
  • Code and analyze data to solve business problems and identify opportunities
  • Develop analytical solutions to generate business value
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, confidently sharing your ideas
  • Implement testing and measurement methodologies to support iterative development
  • Present analysis clearly and visually to drive engagement and understanding
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and techniques to apply to business challenges
  • Share knowledge and promote a data-driven culture through training and documentation

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency in SQL and Python
  • Experience analyzing large, complex datasets, preferably cloud-based
  • Knowledge of statistical and data science techniques (e.g., forecasting, regression, clustering)
  • Experience with Data Visualization tools (Tableau preferred, Power BI, Looker)
  • Degree in a numerate subject (Math, Statistics, Economics, etc.)
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a data analyst or similar role in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in Digital, B2B, Retail, or Customer Data is a plus

  • Second-stage in-person case study interview
