What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Analysing customer data to generate meaningful insight that informs service design and delivery.

  • Supporting the improvement of data quality across systems by identifying gaps and working with teams to resolve them.

  • Producing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business planning and transformation projects.

  • Collaborating with colleagues across the Customer Directorate to support continuous improvement and customer-centric service delivery.

  • Experience in social housing or similar customer-focused environments.

  • Familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio and Power BI.

Where could this role take you?  Whilst this role is fixed term for 24 months, in a business our size; circa 630 employees and turnover £150m+ (which is growing) and with the transformation we are going through, there is a possibility that this could either be extended, made permanent or other suitable opportunities may arise. Many of our talented colleagues started at Paradigm as temporary/interim and have gone on to forge successful careers with us. However, if something longer term doesn’t materialise, you will still gain valuable experience which will add to your employability in this and similar fields

Why Join Us?

For the full job description and person specification, please see the attachment at the bottom of this page. If you have any queries, please email  and we’ll be happy to help.
As part of your application, please submit a CV and covering statement outlining how you meet the essential and desirable criteria in the job description and person specification.

Thank you for your interest in Paradigm Housing Group.

Shortlisting will be based on the criteria outlined in the person specification. We reserve the right to close this vacancy early if a suitable candidate is identified.

Data Science Jobs Salary Calculator 2025: Find Out What You Should Earn in the UK

Why last year’s pay survey is already out of date for UK data scientists “Am I being paid enough?” Every data professional eventually asks that question—often after a teammate reveals a hefty counter‑offer, a recruiter shares a six‑figure opening, or a headline trumpets the latest multimillion‑pound AI investment. Yet salary guides published even twelve months ago belong in a museum. Generative‑AI hype re‑priced Machine‑Learning Engineer roles, LLM fine‑tuning turned Prompt Engineering into a genuine career path, & fresh regulation forced companies to hire Responsible‑AI Officers on senior‑scientist money. To cut through the noise, DataScience‑Jobs.co.uk distilled a transparent, three‑factor formula. Insert your role, your region, & your seniority, and you’ll get a realistic 2025 salary benchmark—no stale averages, no vague ranges. This article walks you through the formula, examines the forces pushing data‑science pay ever higher, and offers five concrete actions to boost your market value within ninety days.
