Data Analyst - ServiceNow CMDB - Contract Position - No Sponsorship Available

Our client are seeking a delivery-focused Data Analyst to support a high-impact company separation initiative. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data within our client's ServiceNow platform, with a strong emphasis on the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, validate, and structure data from diverse sources including systems and spreadsheets.
Map collected data into standardized templates, creating new formats where necessary to align with CMDB models.
Conduct independent research to fill data gaps—particularly around equipment model information—to uphold data quality standards.
Ensure CMDB data is accurately linked to other ServiceNow modules and organizational structures
Partner with the Service Management team to facilitate successful data uploads and ensure accessibility for ITSM processes and broader business needs.
Provide ad hoc data analysis support to other workstreams as required.Key Skills:

Proven experience in data analysis and modeling, especially within large datasets.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow and CMDB architecture.
Hands-on experience with data migration and transformation processes.
Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM frameworks.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, delivery-oriented environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to haves:

Certification in ServiceNow or ITIL is a plus.
Experience in enterprise transformation or separation programs is highly desirable.
