If you have at least 2 years of experience in analytics, enjoy working with customer data, and want to be part of a collaborative, data-driven team, this is the role for you.

The impact you’ll have:
As our Data Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in helping the business understand customer behaviour, track key metrics, and make data-backed decisions. You’ll work closely with data scientists, engineers, and wider business teams, turning complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that shape our strategy.

A typical day:

  • Analyse large customer datasets to identify key trends and patterns.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports to monitor performance metrics.
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather data requirements and provide actionable insights.
  • Perform data cleaning, validation, and preparation to ensure accuracy.
  • Support ad-hoc data requests and generate reports for business teams.
  • Assist the Data Science team with exploratory analysis and data preparation.
  • Present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders through reports and visualisations.

What you’ll bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in a data analytics role.
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and querying.
  • Experience with Python for data exploration and analysis.
  • Proficiency in data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, etc.).
  • A numerical, scientific, or programming degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
  • A proactive mindset, eager to take ownership of projects and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with spreadsheet analysis and data cleaning techniques.
  • Preferred, but not essential, experience of working with customer data or in a customer-focused business.
