As Customer Service Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team of customer service professionals, ensuring seamless service delivery and resolving escalated issues with poise and efficiency. 🔑 Key Responsibilities



Lead and develop the Customer Service team with clear objectives and performance reviews.

Manage customer relationships and resolve complex queries or complaints with professionalism.

Support Sales teams by preparing quotations and contributing to contract (re)negotiations.

Establish and monitor KPIs such as OTIF, NPS, order accuracy, and more to improve service delivery.

Oversee CRM system use and contribute to process enhancements and customer data integrity.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in service workflows and team engagement.

*

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory codes.

Proven experience in a management role within Customer Service, Sales or Logistics.
