Must Have’s

  • Previous experience of dealing with customers ideally via telephone

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams

    Nice to Have’s

  • Previous Claims or Insurance experience

  • Understanding of data protection and customer data compliance

  • Track record of achieving KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics

    So, what will you be doing?

  • Communicating with customers across various channels, delivering high-quality service

  • Managing customer claims at the initial notification stage and escalating when necessary

  • Supporting the customer service team leader with process improvements

  • Maintaining clear, compliant, and timely records across internal databases

  • Ensuring data protection standards are met in all customer interactions
