Location: Castle Donnington

Pay: £14.24 per hour

Shifts: Full time role, Monday to Friday. Fixed shift 6am-2pm

We are looking for Customer Service administrator for an immediate start to be based in Castle Donnington. You will be working in the Issue Resolution Team, having responsibility for obtaining quotes from the subcontracting carrier base, liaising with customers to solve their queries and issues, along with general administration and data quality tasks.

  • Good knowledge of common Microsoft programmes including Word and Excel.

  • Clear and accurate record keeping

  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels.

  • Being able to work effectively by yourself and as part of a Team.
