We are looking for a Customer Experience Data Analytics to join our International Family and Professional Care segment and lead the IFP CX data and analytics to deeply understand and transform B2B customer experience.

Key Responsibilities include:

Develop and execute customer experience (CX) analytics strategies and products.

Partner with IFP Growth and Accountable Business Unites (ABUs) CX teams to embed data-driven decision-making in the service of CX.

Deliver proactive and provocative CX insights that can directly translate to business action and performance.

Partner with Digital Technology Solutions and other stakeholders to drive data governance standards.

Improve data literacy/fluency in CX teams to embed data-driven culture.

Develop advanced analytics capabilities against prioritised B2B IME use cases including pipeline review and churn management.

You will also need the following qualifications:

Proven experience in data analytics within B2B environment.

Good understanding of Customer Experience datasets and their usage.

Experience in a broad range of analytics methods from descriptive and diagnostic to predictive and prescriptive.

Expertise with Power BI and other visualisation software.

Highly developed collaboration skills with an ability to work and influence across a matrix organization, influencing peers, other functions with credibility

Ability to communicate to senior leaders in a concise and persuasive format

This person will also be able to prioritize opportunities, and navigate effectively in a matrix environment.
