Then come and join our zone team as CRM / Sales Excellence Data analyst being part of a team where everybody has a mindset to:

  • Drive commercial excellence within GBI and across the Northwest European Zone
  • Manage CRM data quality supporting the Sales team (Account Executives Product Experts) to complete and update all relevant data fields.
  • Ensure market transparency eliminating blind spots and identifying profitable growth segments.

Your role:

  • Support the Lab Diagnostics Head of CRM Excellence & Business Partner Management NWE by
    • Analyzing & coordinating monthly reports for the management (i.e. Commercial KPIs: prospect rate retention rate market coverage & forecast accuracy)
    • Providing country deep analysis for business review and planning purposes
    • Monitoring the CRM data quality (monthly) driving continuous quality improvement.
    • Leading and coordinating specific CRM initiatives (i.e. Oracles Sales Cloud releases customer segmentation assay penetration portfolio conversion) across the zone.
    • Medallia Customer Relationship Surveys – train and support the sales team on relevant customer contact identification within the CRM system.


  • Act as GBI Laboratory Diagnostics Share Business Administrator/ Power BI CRM for Sales Champion
    • Funnel management support the sales team to create update and close Shareville Opportunities. Conduct monthly reviews with the sales account managers.
    • Support GBI for all relevant questions regarding CRM Power BI KPIs
    • Being the GBI contact person for the global Shareville Team as well as local Share Business Administrator Teams on laboratory diagnostic specific topics.
    • Coordinate with the zone SBA community sharing best practice and harmonization working practices.
    • Pricing – coordinate the uploading of new prices into sales team quotation tool.
    • Execute and cascade user training for new Shareville functionality and features within the country. Escalating any technical issues / development needs to global team

Your qualifications and experience:

  • Fluent in English language
  • Deep Knowledge of CRM process. Knowledge on using Power BI dashboards or similar systems.
  • Expert level of Excel / PowerPoint skills/ strong communication skills
  • Deep understanding of KPIs such as coverage funnel quality win rate etc.
  • Degree or relevant professional qualification
  • Thorough understanding of the Sales process in the Diagnostics Industry
  • Ability to travel globally up to 10%.
