    Y Rôl

    Fel Crëwr Cynnwys Gofalwn Cymru, byddwch yn rheoli’r sianeli cyfryngau cymdeithasol ar gyfer Gofalwn Cymru. Mae’r rôl gyffrous hon yn cynnwys datblygu cynnwys deniadol, dwyieithog, sydd wedi’i dargedu ac sy’n ein cysylltu â’n cynulleidfaoedd ac yn hyrwyddo ein negeseuon. Bydd deiliad y rôl hefyd yn arwain ar adolygu a deall dadansoddiadau data o'r sianeli yma. Mae hyn yn cynnwys datblygu negeseuon a chynnwys fideo, sy'n gofyn am sgiliau golygu a chynhyrchu fideo.

    Yn ogystal, byddwch yn:

    At Social Care Wales, we provide leadership and expertise in social care and early years in Wales. Our vision is to make a positive difference to care and support for children, adults, and their families and carers.

    Social Care Wales works alongside WeCare Wales to help attract more people to work in social care, early years and childcare in Wales and show the variety of roles and career progression opportunities available.

    We are now looking for a Welsh speaking WeCare Wales Content Creator to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis.

    The Role

    As the WeCare Wales Content Creator, you will manage the social media channels for WeCare Wales. This exciting role includes developing bilingual, engaging and targeted content that connects us with our audiences and drives our messages. The role will also lead understanding and reviewing the data analytics from these channels. This includes developing both static posts and also video content, requiring skills in video editing and production.

    Additionally, you will:

  • Be part of a team and support and advise wider activity across WeCare Wales
  • Oversee the core communications inbox, managing inquiries effectively
  • Ensure GDPR, Welsh language standards, and accessibility compliance

    About You

    To be considered as the WeCare Wales Content Creator, you will need:

  • Fluency in Welsh, in addition to English, including reading, writing, and understanding
  • Experience managing and producing content for social media in a business environment
  • Proficiency in video editing and production
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and working both in a team and on their own
  • An understanding or willingness to learn about social care, childcare, play and early years

    The closing date for this role is the 2nd of December 2024.
