Er mwyn cyflawni hyn, rydym yn arwain ar ddatblygu a rheoleiddio’r gweithlu gofal cymdeithasol, gwella gwasanaethau, a data ac ymchwil i wella gofal. Trwy ein gwaith sicrhau ansawdd, rydym yn cefnogi addysgwyr gwaith cymdeithasol mewn lleoliadau addysg ac ymarfer, gan sicrhau'r lefel uchaf o hyfforddiant ar gyfer y genhedlaeth nesaf o weithwyr cymdeithasol.
Rydym nawr yn chwilio am Swyddog Cynnwys sy’n siarad Cymraeg i ymuno â ni ar gyfer cytundeb cyfnod penodol o 12 mis i gyflenwi dros gyfnod o absenoldeb mamolaeth. Cynigir y rôl hon gydag opsiynau gweithio hyblyg a byddwn yn ystyried ymgeiswyr fel rhan o rannu swydd.

    Fel Swyddog Cynnwys, byddwch yn creu cynnwys clir, hygyrch a deniadol ar gyfer ein cynulleidfaoedd ar-lein ac all-lein.
    Gan sicrhau bod ein cynnwys yn glir, yn hawdd ei ddeall, ac yn unol â’n safonau corfforaethol, byddwch yn defnyddio’r sianeli gorau i gyrraedd ein cynulleidfaoedd, gan gynnwys ein gwefan a llwyfannau cyfryngau cymdeithasol. Byddwch hefyd yn creu cynlluniau marchnata a chyfathrebu ar gyfer y cynnwys y byddwch yn ei ddatblygu ac yn dadansoddi data perfformiad ac adborth defnyddwyr i wella cyrhaeddiad ac ymgysylltiad yn barhaus.

    Content Officer

    The Organisation
    At Social Care Wales, we provide leadership and expertise in social care and early years in Wales. Our vision is to make a positive difference to care and support for children, adults, and their families and carers.
    To achieve this, we lead on developing and regulating the social care workforce, service improvement, and data and research to improve care.
    We are now looking for a Welsh-speaking Content Officer to join us for a 12 month fixed term contract to cover a period of maternity leave. This role is offered with flexible working options and we will consider candidates as part of a job share.
    You must be based in the UK to apply for this role and be able to visit one of the stated offices when required.

    The Role
    As a Content Officer, you will create clear, accessible, and engaging content for our online and offline audiences.
    Making sure our content is clear, easy to understand, and in-line with our corporate standards, you’ll use the best channels to reach our audiences, including our website and social media platforms. You’ll also create marketing and communications plans for the content you develop and analyse performance data and user feedback to continually improve reach and engagement.
    You’ll work to understand our audience’s needs and produce content that effectively engages them, such as web pages, news, emails and social media posts. You’ll also guide your colleagues on preparing content that meets users’ needs and is in-line with our branding and accessibility guidelines.
    About you
    To be considered as a Content Officer, you’ll need:
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Welsh
  • Experience as a writer and/or editor
  • Experience researching and analysing what audiences are looking for and producing campaigns that meet their needs
  • Experience of structuring, designing and publishing user-centred content online and offline
  • Experience creating and delivering marketing and communication campaigns across different channels
  • Experience sub-editing and proofreading materials and turning complicated or technical text into plain English or Welsh
  • An understanding of HTML content, website content management systems and SEO
  • Working knowledge of how to produce accessible content, including written communication, video and graphics
  • Experience creating and implementing marketing and communications plans
  • The ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data (including web analytics)
