Your Role

Join our fast-growing & collaborative Data-Driven Financial Risk & Compliance (DFRC) team and shape the future of risk and finance! We harness cutting-edge technology, AI-powered models, and cloud-first data platforms to transform risk management from a reactive function into a strategic powerhouse that drives growth, resilience, and competitive edge. In this role, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate:



  1. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business and data teams to understand data requirements, define data ownership, and ensure governance policies are effectively applied.
  2. Data Governance: Implement and support data governance and data quality initiatives, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
  3. Governance Framework Development: Develop and maintain a comprehensive data and records governance framework aligned with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  4. Metadata Management: Manage and maintain metadata to enhance data discoverability, consistency, and accuracy.
  5. Data Quality Assurance: Conduct data validation and data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to governance standards.
  6. While this role requires experience in data governance, we are looking for versatile team members capable of executing a diverse array of data-driven projects, including expertise in agile delivery, requirements gathering, data analysis, stakeholder management, governance, and compliance.


Your Profile

We seek candidates with a mix of technical expertise, consultancy experience, and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate most or all of the following:


Professional Experience:


  1. Current experience in a consulting firm and/or Financial Services background (minimum 2 years, dependent on grade) with effective stakeholder management.
  2. Experience in End-to-End Analytics/AI Transformation or Large-scale Deployments/Technology Implementation Programs.
  3. Passion for data, with the ability to solve complex problems and leverage latest tools & technologies for innovative solutions.
  4. Ability to simplify complex concepts, storytelling, and bring outcomes to life.


Technical and Analytical Skills:


  1. Knowledge of data governance frameworks, including data stewardship, lineage, metadata management, and regulatory compliance.
  2. Proficiency in data management and governance tools such as Informatica, Collibra, or Talend. Understanding of SQL.
  3. Familiarity with project governance tools like JIRA, Epic, User Story, Backlog.
  4. Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
  5. Strong storytelling and presentation skills for diverse audiences.


For Senior Consultant candidates, additional requirements include exposure to regulatory requirements (GDPR, CCPA, BCBS 239, Solvency II), records management, people management experience, and support in project scope and budget definitions.
