Due to internal promotion, we're excited to open our doors for a Commercial Support Coordinator to join our team!
In this varied role you will take the lead on administrative support, data completion and customer relations whilst supporting our wider Commercial team. By driving the full sales support process including contract mobilisation and tendering process you will have a direct impact on revenue growth and customer retention, with huge potential for future career progression.
What will your role involve?
- Continuously reviewing our processes and drive efficiencies to reduce admin from the sales team and leadership
- Data Completion; working with the team to ensure all data input is accurate and consistent
- UK point of contact for Systems and Sales force to streamline requests
- Work with the Data Analyst to automate current tools
- Upselling and supporting our customers through putting robust processes in place
- Own the accessory process from initial enquiry to completion; highlight trends from customers assist with upselling
- Work with the marketing team to ensure customer reviews remain updated and relevant
- Work with Warehouse teams to ensure stock level requirements for new business are highlighted and managed to remove any customer disruptions
- Support (with a view to driving) mobilisation meetings and updates of all new contract roll outs
- Supporting the bid team with reviews of quality responses, holding meetings and gathering data
- Supporting the aged debt process with the team to reduce outstanding unpaid invoices for all customers
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role managing sales process and pipeline
- Experience of reporting against bid processes, pipelines, activity and performance
- Strong presentation and verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of using CRM systems - Salesforce experience would be advantageous
- Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
