We are looking for a commercial minded analyst with proven Tableau & SQL skills to join our growing analytics team. You will be responsible for the reporting & analytics across out Commercial, Finance and Client Services teams - helping to improve profitability through revenue increases, cost saving activities, and productivity improvements. This is a great opportunity for an experienced business analyst to drive real impact on a fast growing business.

Key duties in this role will include: 

Work closely with senior stakeholders in the Commercial team, providing analysis for client contract renewals, pricing strategy, and new product offerings.  Support our business development and client retention efforts by delivering reporting & analysis on client user engagement across our product offering.  Collaborate with the Finance team to automate and improve reporting, identify revenue leaks, and drive company wide profitability.  Enable the Client Services team to continue delivering exceptional service with improvements to existing reporting and ad hoc analysis on increasing productivity.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) for hosting our analytics infrastructure  AWS Data Migration Service (DMS) & Fivetran for data ingestion  dbt & PostgreSQL for our data modelling & warehousing  Tableau for BI dashboards & analytics 

Requirements

2+ years experience working with Tableau and SQL  Great Tableau skills with the ability to create visually pleasing dashboards that provide clear insight to users  Experience with Tableau server  Strong SQL knowledge with experience building performant queries  Strong attention to detail in order to deliver high standard dashboards and analysis  Great time management and proactive problem-solving abilities in order to meet deadlines  Strong communication and data presentation skills through the use of effective data visualisation in Tableau
