Proclinical is seeking a Clinical Research Physician specializing in oncology. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding global studies, ensuring the safety and efficacy of investigational therapies. You will work closely with various teams to design and oversee clinical trials that push forward innovative cancer treatments.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the medical monitor for global oncology clinical trials, ensuring patient safety and data integrity.
  • Provide oversight for study design, protocol development, and trial execution.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer and Study Manager on strategic and operational study aspects.
  • Serve as a liaison between the sponsor and CRO medical monitor and safety team.
  • Contribute to regulatory submissions and clinical study reports.
  • Offer medical expertise on antibody-based therapies, particularly in pediatric oncology.
  • Engage with investigators, site staff, and key opinion leaders to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Analyze trial data, provide insights, and participate in safety monitoring.
  • Represent the company in scientific meetings and regulatory interactions.
  • Travel to clinical sites and meetings across the US and Europe (20-30% travel required).

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Medical Doctor with a strong background in oncology.
  • Experience in pediatrics and/or antibody therapies is advantageous.
  • Industry experience in biopharmaceutical companies or CROs is essential.
  • Proven experience as a medical monitor in global clinical trials.
  • Strong understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines, and global regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex clinical data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
