Capgemini Insights and Data Practice we are looking to hire a Clinical Data Architect with strong clinical domain knowledge and deep expertise in data architecture to lead the design and delivery of data-driven solutions This role will be instrumental in shaping the data strategy across three core workstreams:

• Decode: Ingest, normalise, and validate clinical data

• DeStore: Build a curated health data store optimised for analytics and AI

• DeBrief: Deliver clinical summaries, insights, and APIs for downstream consumption

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with clinical data in regulated environments and a track record of delivering scalable, high-quality data platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Architect and implement robust data pipelines and models to support clinical data ingestion, curation, and delivery
  • Design and maintain a health data store that supports both operational and analytical use cases
  • Collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, and product teams to define data requirements and ensure clinical relevance
  • Lead the development of APIs and data services that enable personalised health insights
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with healthcare data standards and governance policies
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineering teams
  • Translate clinical concepts into data models that support scalable analytics and AI applications

Required Skills

  • Strong clinical domain knowledge with experience in healthcare data environments
  • Proven expertise in data architecture, data modelling, and pipeline development
  • Experience with modern Cloud data platforms (e.g., GCP)
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, SNOMED CT)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and translate clinical needs into technical solutions
  • Prior experience in similar roles within healthcare or life sciences organisations.
