We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedClient Delivery Partnerto lead strategic client relationships in the Automotive, Manufacturing, and Life Sciences sectors. This hybrid role integrates commercial acumen, account management expertise, and technical delivery oversight. The Engagement Partner will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions while identifying opportunities for growth and innovation. You will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction by managing the portfolio of ongoing projects, addressing escalations, and collaborating with internal teams to scope, price, and deliver new initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation to work with business stakeholders and technical experts, shaping solutions that align with our clients' goals. Key Responsibilities Strategic Account Leadership:  Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring deep understanding of their business challenges and priorities.  Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, including CXO-level executives.  Develop and execute account strategies and growth plans, collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders. Technical Delivery Oversight:  Oversee the delivery of ongoing projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.  Provide regular status updates, address delivery challenges, and proactively manage escalations.  Collaborate with technical SMEs to define project requirements, shape solutions, and create detailed delivery plans. Opportunity Mining & Business Development:  Identify and scope new opportunities within the client's portfolio, aligned with their strategic priorities.  Lead the creation of proposals, including effort estimation, pricing, and contract negotiations.  Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, leveraging our expertise in application development and data engineering. 

You’ll have (Qualification & Experience):

Required Qualifications and Experience  8+ years of experience inTechnicalAccount ManagementorDelivery Leadershipwithin a technology consultancy or related environment.  Proven track record of managing and growing large accounts in the Automotive, Manufacturing, or Life Sciences sectors.  Strong technical knowledge and experience in application development, data engineering, or cloud technologies, enabling you to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.  Demonstrated ability to manage complex engagements, including overseeing delivery teams, handling escalations, and driving client satisfaction.  Expertise in building and executing account growth plans, scoping projects, and structuring value-driven proposals.  Excellent communication, negotiation, and consensus-building skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.  A degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in technology or management are a plus. Preferred Skills  Experience working with global delivery teams and managing multi-country engagements.  A strategic thinker with a passion for driving innovation and creating measurable value for clients.
