Salary £140,00-£165,000

A rare opportunity to shape the technology future of one of the UK's most prestigious luxury retailers. We are seeking a hands-on, commercially-minded Chief Data & Technology Officer (CDTO) to join our executive leadership team and drive business growth through world-class technology and data solutions.

This is a senior level role is ideal for someone who thinks as commercially as they code - and knows technology only matters if it delivers real business value.

You'll own and execute a tech roadmap that underpins our growth, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience across boutiques and digital channels. From modernising CRM and stock inventory systems, leading enterprise-wide implementations, strengthening cybersecurity, to building powerful data and analytics capabilities - this is a true transformation leadership role.

Please note: The role will be 5 days office based and may require travel to locations in London Area and the West Midlands

What You'll Do

Set and deliver the technology & data strategy that drives growth, efficiency, and premium customer experiences.

Lead system transformations across ERP, CRM, stock & inventory, POS, and eCommerce platforms.

Build scalable data platforms to power analytics, personalised marketing, and decision-making.

Oversee cybersecurity, ensuring protection of sensitive customer data and business operations.

Lead large-scale projects and change management programmes, ensuring adoption and commercial success.

Build strong supplier partnerships, negotiate contracts, and ensure outstanding service delivery.

Inspire and grow a high-performing internal tech & data team.

What You'll Bring

Proven leadership at CTO/CIO/CDTO level within retail (luxury, premium, or experience-led environments ideal).

Deep experience delivering enterprise tech transformations - including CRM and inventory systems.

Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and retail data protection best practices.

Commercial acumen: you link tech investment directly to profit, growth, and customer outcomes.

Hands-on yet strategic: as comfortable in code and systems as you are in the boardroom.

Excellent communicator and influencer, with experience managing executive and partner relationships.
