What we offer

Role

  • Largescale greenfield platform design and architecture for a new global marketplace, supporting businesses in Crypto, NFTs to media, Fintech and beyond
  • Collaborating with engineers alongside senior engineering management to ensure best practices in both infrastructure and software development.
  • Reviewing and improving the company’s cloud architecture (AWS)
  • Establish principles and guardrails as well as shaping knowledge sharing processes in engineering
  • Develop blueprints and reusable cloud building blocks with sane defaults and providing in-house consulting for our engineering teams that leverage cloud capabilities
  • Display roadmaps to demonstrate how the business will move towards a certain future
  • Define standards, conventions, and toolsets for teams to use
  • Help shape and improve the teams' processes
  • Collaborating with Product personnel with the release of new tooling and products
  • Provide architectural approval for big projects across the business

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of software architecture and development
  • Strong AWS Cloud architectural knowledge
  • Diverse knowledge across DevOps and automation
  • Well versed in Microservices, APIs, application integration, and exposure to Data Architecture methodologies
  • Bring new ideas to the table with a passion for innovation
  • Great communication skills, able to champion the value tech brings across the business
  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders in the business, from product to engineers to senior management
