Care Manager Full time, permanent Wootton, Bedford £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

Overview of the role:

Lead the day-to-day operations of Home Instead Bedford, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering exceptional domiciliary care services for older people.
Coordinate with the Operations Manager to develop high-quality care services, focusing on person-centred care.
Provide inspired leadership to the team, manage complaints, support recruitment, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Ideal candidate:

Extensive care experience with exceptional customer service skills.
Proven track record in leading and managing teams in domiciliary care services.
Willingness to work towards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
Strong understanding of compliance and legislative requirements.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
