Join us as we embark on the most transformative phase in Bentley's history.Role Purpose:To support the day-to-day management of the Bentley Car Configurator platform, both Public and Retailer applications, in terms of product information and assets, data logic, user experience and reporting.Work packages will focus on new products launches, model year updates and other business initiatives to generate revenue. Close collaboration will be required with Product Marketing, Vehicle Configuration and Pricing teams to extract relevant information and agree on the approach to representing their data in the Car Configurator platforms.Key Responsibilities:Product Launch Support: Assist in the management of new product launches and model year updates. You will be responsible for authoring data logic, product information, and assets to accurately configure vehicles on the platform.Collaboration: Work closely with Product Marketing, Vehicle Configuration, and Pricing teams to extract and represent relevant data effectively. Ensure visual assets align accurately with the platform's front-end through coordination with the Virtual Media team.Platform Development: Support the Product Owner in enhancing platform functionalities and user experience.Ongoing Maintenance: Maintain regular communication with product-aligned teams to ensure data integrity and resolve any conflicts. Liaise with third-party suppliers to address and remedy platform issues.Reporting & Analytics: Produce web analytics reports and insights regarding the effectiveness of the Public and Retailer applications, focusing on customer usage and revenue generation.Qualifications:Experience: Demonstrated experience in the automotive or luxury brand sectors, preferably with a background in product marketing or related agency work. Experience interacting with dealer networks is a plus.Communication Skills: Exceptional command of the English language, with strong verbal and written communication abilities. The ability to influence and build relationships at all levels is essential.Problem-Solving: Independent decision-making capabilities, with a flexible and enthusiastic approach to work. A strong attention to detail is critical.Team Player: Must thrive in a collaborative environment and be able to work unsupervised, making informed decisions when necessary.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with web content management systems (preferably Adobe Experience Manager) and image management tools (ideally Adobe Photoshop). Knowledge of web analytics software, such as Google Analytics, is desirable. Competent PC skills and a good understanding of IT technology are also required.
