About our Team
The Campaign Manager is a pivotal role within our team, overseeing the planning, execution, and analysis of our marketing campaigns. This individual is responsible for activating all facets of the campaigns process for a specified set of shows, orchestrating both inbound and outbound activities across paid and owned media channels. By crafting comprehensive budgets and conducting meticulous performance and ROI analyses, the Campaign Manager plays a critical role in informing the strategic direction of our marketing efforts. Collaborating closely with the Content Lead and Creative team, this role ensures operational efficiency and maximises campaign impact.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to and shape the strategic direction of our company's campaign efforts.

Responsibilities

  1. Developing and managing comprehensive campaign plans, encompassing both digital and traditional channels, to achieve targeted business objectives.
  2. Crafting and managing campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize returns.
  3. Conducting detailed analyses of campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI and inform future strategies.
  4. Maintaining a close operational interlock with the Content Lead and Creative team, ensuring campaign alignment with brand and content strategies.
  5. Utilizing market research and audience segmentation insights, in collaboration with the Data Operations Manager.


Requirements

  1. Have experience and excellence in key account relationship management.
  2. Possess excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  3. Be an expert in audience insights, in collaboration with the Data Operations Manager, to tailor campaigns effectively to target audiences.
